Billerica, MA · Full Time
Founded by special education teachers who became BCBAs after experiencing firsthand the power of ABA for children, as well as the gaps in support within the educational system for children with Autism, B.E.S.T ABA was built by working moms who understand what it means to show up fully . . . for the kids you work with, and for your own family.
As an RBT, you're the one in the mix: playing, being silly, and building real relationships with kids day to day. That's not always easy work, so you're supported by BCBAs who genuinely want to teach and help you grow, not just check in when something goes wrong.
We're a clinician-founded, clinician-run team, which means the people setting caseload sizes have actually carried one. That's why the ratios here are realistic, and why support isn't just available on paper. It's built into how we operate.
We're not interested in growing in a way that costs kids or clinicians their dignity. If that matters to you the way it matters to us, we'd love to meet you.
